Partner and head of the labor and employment practice. Prior to founding ALTUM, Mariana was an associate and partner for over 14 years in the labor practice of one of the most important international law firms with presence in Venezuela.

Mariana has advised for more than 18 years multinational and local companies on employment matters, such as compliance of obligations, labor restructuring, hiring, terminations, audits, transfers and compensation packages. Maria has also broad expertise in migration, social security, hygiene and health related matters in the workplace.
